My Mom has waited some 27 years to tell me "You got what you deserved!" It has happened before but not to the extent that it happened today.
I have a picture of me when I was 1 year old and I had dumped baby powder all over myself and the carpet. (Notice the bells on my shoes. I got into so much stuff that my Mom put bells on my shoes so she would know where I was at all times. And if it got too quiet she knew I was in to something.)
My Mom had found me covered in baby powder yet she was able to grab her camera and capture the moment forever to make sure I knew what a naughty baby I had been. Growing up she would always tell me that she couldn't wait until I got what I deserved. Well Porter did many naughty things like rubbing diaper rash creme and black shoe polish into the carpet. But today life came full swing when Ruby not only dumped baby powder all over herself and the carpet but then she did it again later in the day. Plus earlier in the day she had gotten Sam's deoderant off our dresser and crumbled it all over her bedroom floor and all over her hands, pants, face and even put it in her mouth and was spitting it out when I came in the room. Luckily I have been preparing for these mischevious children and it makes me laugh every time they do something so ME!
This evening Ruby has gotten into both bottles of hair gel, hair wax, and cologne and found some baby oil. Plus she wrote in permanent black marker on the carpet in my bedroom last week.

Holy Cow! I think it's time to start using locks on your cabnets. I'm glad you can laugh about it. I'm not so sure I'd be so kind :)
I hope you are all doing great. We miss ya.
I love it! I always say the naughtier they are the cuter they are for their own protection and Ruby is SOOOOOO cute!!!!
ya gotta love days like that. Let's see the picture of you to compare!
Oh my gosh this is fantastic. Did you tell mom? Why was she crying?
Krista, it's funny that we share the same quirks. People always think I am so weird for not wanting to eat particle chicken. It is very reassuring to know there are other weirdos like me out there.;)
That is classic! That is so awesome that your mom has that picture of you and now you have a matching one of Ruby! I love it!
That is hillarious! I can't believe how much you two look alike in those pictures. GO RUBY GO!! You can over that day, and you had baby powder all over your shirt. I didn't realize how crazy your day really was... I would have given more sympathy, rather than laughing if I had known... sorry!
WOW! I'm speechless. That's great you had the picture of yourself. And bells on shoes?? Great idea!
LOL! That is funny. You just can't be mad at THAT cute face!!
Ruby is so stinkin' cute! Love these pictures. The bells on the shoes idea: genius. : )
You know I love this, and I must agree that you are getting what you deserve.
Now on to my favor, ha!! Actually will you mess with our christmas card and send it to my walmart, POR FAVOR, you naughty little girl!!
