When I first found out I was pregnant I was feeling good, other than the gallbladder pain, but about 2 weeks later I got so so sick. I would wake up feeling horrible, on and off sleep the day away, feed the kids lunch and snacks, lay on the couch, and then force myself to clean and cook before Sam got home. After dinner my stomach would hurt more, like I had stuffed myself when I had only eaten a childs size dinner. I would countdown the time to get the kids in bed so that I could go to sleep too. The next day I would wake up and it would start all over again. This lasted for about 5 weeks and included Porter's birthday, three Halloween parties, 5 girls nights, 1 YW lesson and 5 mutual activites. I dont like to tell anyone I am pregnant until I hear a heartbeat so I mostly just kept to myself and pulled it together whenever I had to.
Along with the horrible sickness, I had gotten that positive pregnancy test only 10 days after the end of my last period and almost 2 weeks before my next period. I tried to convince my doctor's office to schedule an earlier appointment but they wouldn't because they want the first appointment to be between 8-10 weeks, perferably 10, but since I insisted she scheduled at 8. So my whole goal in life has been to make it to that appointment. Sam and I figure since I am so sick that I am either having twins or further along so we will just have to wait and see
